Spiritual Direction - offers a spiritual, peaceful space where you can talk about your life and explore how to connect more deeply with God. It is a place of confidentiality, where the focus is on your relationship with God through your prayer life and all you experience day to day.

The role of the spiritual director is to listen and to notice where God may be moving, helping you to discern what this may mean for your journey of faith.
