Retreat

Retreats - give us an opportunity to temporarily leave our regular routines, enabling time and space to deepen our awareness of God. A residential retreat provides a peaceful environment away from the distractions of everyday life, so we can focus more on prayer, worship and relationship. They are led on a theme and although mostly silent, there is always an opportunity to speak with the leader and other retreatants at specific times.
