As we prepare for the birth of Jesus, several of us joined together for a seasonal time led by The Revd. Canon Steve Summers.
During the evening Steve lead us on an Advent journey, through the Nativity
and beyond to Candlemas.
Sometime, it is not always easy to engage with this familiar story afresh each year, so we looked at various pieces of art as a way to connect us, on this reflective journey along a well-worn pathway.
As we listened and looked, we enjoyed a three course meal; as we ate we were invited to discuss questions set by Steve and enjoy the fellowship of all being together.
